01. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and B.F.E GARAGE LLC ("the Shop," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 4217 Cobbler Rd NE, Carrollton, OH 44615, United States. They govern your use of our website at www.egarag.shop (the "Site") and your engagement with our automotive services.

By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or leaving a vehicle for service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

02. Who We Are

B.F.E GARAGE LLC is an Ohio limited liability company operating a full-service automotive shop covering general repair, engine and drivetrain work, diesel and fleet service, mobile repair, body and paint, restoration, automotive glass, lubrication, wash and detailing, inspection and emissions services, diagnostics, tires, rustproofing, and specialty installations.

03. Our Services

3.1 Service Scope

Our registered service lines include:

• General repair — engine repair and replacement, diesel service, truck and RV repair, fleet maintenance, and mobile repair;
• Systems repair — brakes, transmissions, suspension, alignment, exhaust, radiators, electrical, ignition, drive shafts, and tune-ups;
• Body and finish — body shops, paint, upholstery and interiors, conversions, truck trailer body, and classic restoration;
• Glass — windshield and automotive glass repair, installation, and tinting;
• Lube and wash — oil change and lubrication, detailing, washing and polishing, and mobile wash;
• Inspection and specialty — A/C repair, emissions testing, safety inspection, diagnostics, tire repair, rustproofing, undercoating, and spray-on bedliners;
• Self-service — do-it-yourself garage bay rental and self-service wash.

3.2 Informational Content

Site content describes our service scope in general terms. It is not an offer to perform work, a quote, or a diagnosis. Service availability, pricing, and timelines are confirmed only in a written estimate or repair order.

04. Estimates & Authorization

4.1 Estimates

Submitting an estimate request does not create a repair order. Written estimates are good-faith projections based on described symptoms and initial inspection; they are valid for the stated period and may be revised if disassembly reveals additional conditions.

4.2 Authorization

No repair work begins without your authorization. Where additional work is discovered during a repair, we stop and contact you for approval before proceeding — except where immediate action is needed to prevent unsafe conditions, which will be documented.

4.3 Payment

Payment is due on completion and before vehicle release unless a fleet or commercial account states otherwise. We do not store full payment card details — payments are processed by third-party providers.

4.4 Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic time is labor. Where diagnosis is declined after inspection, the applicable diagnostic fee stated in the estimate or posted at the counter still applies.

05. Repair Terms

5.1 Parts

Repairs may use new, remanufactured, or quality used parts as stated in the estimate. You may request OEM-only or specific part sourcing, which will be reflected in pricing.

5.2 Sublet Work

Certain specialty work may be performed by qualified sublet providers (e.g., machining, specialist calibration). Sublet work is identified on the invoice and covered by the sublet provider's warranty terms.

5.3 Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior improper repairs, or component failures unrelated to our work. Vehicle condition is noted at intake; we recommend you point out existing damage when dropping off.

5.4 Customer-Supplied Parts

We may install customer-supplied parts at our discretion. Customer-supplied parts carry no parts warranty from us; labor warranty may be limited for work involving customer parts.

06. Warranties & Old Parts

6.1 Service Warranty

Repairs are covered by the parts and labor warranty terms stated on your invoice. Warranty terms vary by service type and part source and are documented at authorization time.

6.2 Old Parts

Replaced components are returned to you unless you decline them or the part carries a core charge requiring return to the supplier. Hazardous materials are disposed of per regulation.

6.3 No Implied Warranties Beyond Stated Terms

Except as stated on the invoice or required by law, services are provided without additional warranty, express or implied.

07. Vehicles Left With Us

7.1 Care of Vehicles

We take reasonable care of vehicles in our custody. Remove valuables before drop-off — we are not responsible for personal property left in vehicles.

7.2 Storage

Vehicles not claimed within the period stated at intake may accrue storage charges per posted rates and applicable law. Extended storage may be handled as permitted by Ohio law.

7.3 Test Drives

Completing a repair may require test driving your vehicle. By authorizing work you consent to necessary operation of the vehicle for diagnostic and verification purposes.

08. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, probe its security, or introduce malicious code;
• Scrape, harvest, or mass-collect content or contact data from the Site;
• Impersonate the Shop or another person, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Use the Site in a way that could damage our operations or reputation.

09. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — text, graphics, layout, illustrations, marks, and design elements — are owned by or licensed to B.F.E GARAGE LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, distributing, or repurposing Site content without written permission is prohibited.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Site content is informational — it is not a diagnosis, an estimate, or repair advice for your specific vehicle. Vehicle conditions vary; always have a qualified technician inspect the vehicle.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B.F.E GARAGE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST USE, OR LOSS OF DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM SERVICE WORK, LIABILITY IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE REPAIR ORDER AND INVOICE TERMS. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT OTHERWISE BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Shop and its members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or shop equipment, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

14. Contact & Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
